# The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (England) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (England) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 3rd October 2003.
(2) This Order applies to England only.
