# The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (England) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (England) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.
(2) This Order applies to England only.
