Article 2 Classes of fireplace exempted from section 20 of the Clean Air Act 1993

The classes of fireplace described in the first column of the Schedule are, subject to compliance with the conditions specified for that class in the second column of the Schedule, exempted from the provisions of section 20 (prohibition on emissions of smoke in smoke control area) of the Clean Air Act 1993.
