Article 2 Fireplaces exempted from section 20 of the Clean Air Act 1993

The fireplaces in the Schedule are exempt from section 20 of the Clean Air Act 1993 (prohibition of smoke emissions in smoke control area), subject to the conditions in the Schedule.
