# The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (No. 2) Order 1972, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This order may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (No. 2) Order 1972 and shall come into operation on 26th July 1972.
