# The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (No. 2) Order 1990, Article 1: Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (No. 2) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 31st December 1990.
