  "text": "CLEAN AIR\nMade 27th March 1986\nLaid before Parliament 10th April 1986\nComing into Operation 1st May 1986\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 11(4) of the Clean Air Act 1956, and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, being satisfied that fireplaces of the classes described in the Schedule hereto can be used for burning fuel other than authorised fuels without producing any smoke or a substantial quantity of smoke, hereby makes the following order:—",
