# The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2016, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2016 and comes into force on 31st October 2016.
