# The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (Wales) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (Wales) Order 2003 and comes into force on 14th November 2003.
(2) This Order applies to Wales.
