# The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (Wales) Order 2005 and comes into force on 5 March 2005.
(2) This Order applies to Wales.
