# Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013, Section 14: Power to modify section 4


The Scottish Ministers may by regulations—
(a) modify section 4,
(b) so far as necessary in consequence of any modification made under paragraph (a), modify sections 5, 7, 8, 15(2)(b) and 23(2).
