  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations specify the form, manner and time in which an application for review of any determination of a social fund officer is to be made to a social fund officer and the form, manner and time in which an application for a further review of any determination which has been reviewed by a social fund officer is to be made to a social fund inspector.\nThese Regulations are made under provisions of the Social Security Act 1986 which have not yet been in force for twelve months; they are, accordingly, exempt by section 61(5) of the Social Security Act 1986 from reference to the Social Security Advisory Committee and have not been so referred.",
