  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Regulations 1988 by increasing, with effect from 16th February 1991, the prescribed amount payable in respect of each period of cold weather from £5 to £6.",
