# The Social Fund Maternity Grant Amendment Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Fund Maternity Grant Amendment Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 24th January 2011.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005.
