# The Social Fund Maternity Grant Amendment Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Fund Maternity Grant Amendment Regulations 2012.
(2) They come into force on 13th August 2012.
(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005 and expressions defined in those Regulations have the same meaning in these Regulations.
