  "text": "(1) Section 122 of the Housing and Planning Act 2016 (electrical safety standards for properties let by private landlords) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading, for “properties let by private landlords” substitute “residential properties let by landlords”.\n(3) In subsection (1)—\n(a) omit “private”;\n(b) after “England” insert “to whom this section applies”.\n(4) After subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) This section applies to a landlord who is—\n(a) a private landlord, or\n(b) a registered provider of social housing.”",
