  "text": "This Order revokes and amends provisions contained in previous Orders by which 6th April 1975 was appointed as the day for the coming into operation of certain processions of the Social Security Act 1973 relating to the recognition of pensionable employments and to the reserve pension scheme. It provides for those provisions not to come into operation on that day and does not appoint another day for that purpose.",
