# The Social Security Act 1973 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1975, Article 2: Appointed day


The day appointed for the coming into force of section 66(6) of the Social Security Act 1973 (duty of the Occupational Pensions Board to make reports on their functions to the Secretary of State) shall be 5th March 1975.
