# Social Security Act 1973, Paragraph 97


In Schedule 3 to the Housing Finance Act 1972, in paragraph 9(2)(j), for “Schedule 3 to the National Insurance Act 1965” substitute “ Part I of Schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1973 ”.
