  "text": "Where, in the case of a person entitled to any such earnings-related supplement in respect of any day, a payment by way of sickness benefit or a maternity allowance does not, but a payment by way of injury benefit does, fall to be made to that person in respect of that day, paragraph 3(1)(b) above shall apply in his case with the substitution—\n(a) for the reference to sickness benefit or a maternity allowance of a reference to injury benefit; and\n(b) for the reference to section 41(1) or 44(1) or (2) of this Act of a reference to section 64(1) or 66(1).",
