# Social Security Act 1975, Paragraph 2


Where two or more persons satisfy the conditions, in respect of the same death, for receipt of—
(a) a pension under section 72 of this Act; or
(b) an allowance under section 73,
only one of those persons shall be entitled to the pension or allowance, as the case may be.
