# Social Security Act 1979, Paragraph 27


In section 33 of the Act of 1976 (rules and regulations) the following subsection is inserted after subsection (1)—
“(1A) Rules and regulations under this Act may make different provision for different classes of case and otherwise for different circumstances..”.
