Article 2 Appointed days

(1)

The day appointed for the coming into force of each provision of the Social Security Act 1980 which is specified in column (1) of Schedule 1 to this order shall be the date specified in column (3) of that Schedule in relation to that provision.

(2)

Subject to the provisions of Article 3 of this order, the day appointed for the coming into force of those provisions of the Social Security Act 1980 which are specified in the Schedule 2 to this order shall be 24th November 1980.
