  "text": "This Order brings into operation, on various dates in 1985 and 1986, all those provisions of the Social Security Act 1985 which are not brought into operation either by section 32 of the Act itself or by the Social Security Act 1985 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1985 (S.I. 1985/1125), except the provisions relating to the registration of occupational pension schemes.",
