# Social Security Act 1985, Paragraph 7

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The provisions of this Part of this Schedule other than paragraph 3 above shall be deemed to have come into force on 6th April 1979.
(2) Paragraph 3 above shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st January 1985.
