# Social Security Act 1986, Paragraph 46


In each of the following provisions of the Legal Aid Act 1974, for the words from “supplementary” to “1970” there shall be substituted the words “income support or family credit”—
(a) section 1(1)(b);
(b) section 4(2);
(c) section 11(5).
