  "text": "(1) The words “which is not a money purchase contracted-out scheme” shall be inserted after the words “occupational pension scheme” in—\n(a) section 33(1);\n(b) section 36(1);\n(c) section 40(3) and (4);\n(d) section 41A(1);\n(e) section 42(1);\n(f) section 44(1);\n(g) section 44A(1);\n(h) section 45(1);\n(j) section 51;\n(k) paragraph 4(1) and (2) of Schedule 2.\n(2) If section 9 above comes into force after this paragraph, the amendment to section 36(1) made by sub-paragraph (1) above shall be made in the subsection both as amended by section 9 above and as unamended.\n(3) The words “or a money purchase contracted-out scheme” shall be inserted after the words “public service pension scheme” in—\n(a) section 40(2);\n(b) section 41(1);\n(c) section 41E(1).",
