  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1990/102 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument\nSOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 24th January 1990\nThe Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of powers conferred upon him by section 33(2) of the Social Security Act 1989 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
