  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the coming into force of paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Social Security Act 1989 (non compliance: compulsory levelling up) in respect of paragraphs 5A and 5B of that Schedule and of Section 23 of that Act (equal treatment of men and women) in so far as it relates to those provisions.",
