# The Social Security Act 1990 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1992, Article 2: Appointed day


The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1990 (occupational and personal pension schemes: employer to make good deficiencies on winding up), and section 14 of that Act in so far as it relates to it, shall be 29th June 1992.
