  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the coming into force on 29th June 1992 of paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1990, which inserts section 58B in the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 to make provision relating to deficiencies in the assets of a scheme on winding up.",
