# The Social Security Act 1990 (Commencement No.4) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note

This Order provides for the coming into force of section 17(1) to (6) and (10) of the Social Security Act 1990 (interest in respect of Class 1 and Class 1A contributions under the Social Security Act 1975) on 6th April 1992.
