  "text": "9th June 1997 is appointed as the day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Social Security Act 1990:–\n(a) section 15(11);\n(b) Schedule 7, so far as relating to the repeal of sections 252 and 253 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987; and\n(c) section 21(2), so far as relating to the provisions mentioned in paragraph (b) above.",
