# Social Security Act 1998, Paragraph 11


The Secretary of State may by regulations provide—
(a) for clerks to be assigned to service appeal tribunals; and
(b) for clerks so assigned to be responsible for summoning members of the panel constituted under section 6 above to serve on such tribunals.
