# Social Security Act 1998, Paragraph 106


(1) In subsection (1) of section 178 of that Act (reciprocal arrangements with Northern Ireland: income-related benefits and child benefit), after the words “Jobseekers Act 1995” there shall be inserted the words “, Chapter II of Part I of the Social Security Act 1998”.
(2) In subsection (3) of that section, after the words “Jobseekers Act 1995”, in each place where they occur, there shall be inserted the words “, Chapter II of Part I of the Social Security Act 1998”.
