# Social Security Act 1998, Paragraph 110


(1) In subsection (1)(a) of section 190 of that Act (instruments containing provisions under certain provisions to be subject to the affirmative Parliamentary procedure)—
(a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(b) “146,” shall cease to have effect.
(2) Subsection (4) of that section shall cease to have effect.
