  "text": "(1) In paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to that Act (tribunals under direct supervision of Council)—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(a) Appeal tribunals constituted under Chapter I of Part I of the Social Security Act 1998 (c. 14)”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for the words “that Act” there shall be substituted the words “the Child Support Act 1991 (c. 48)”.\n(2) In paragraph 41 of that Schedule—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(a) Appeal tribunals constituted under Chapter I of Part I of the Social Security Act 1998 (c. 14)”;\n(b) sub-paragraphs (b), (c) and (e) shall cease to have effect; and\n(c) in sub-paragraph (d), for the words “section 52 of that Act” there shall be substituted the words “Schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1998 (c. 14)”.",
