  "text": "(1) In subsection (1) of section 26 of that Act (disputes about parentage), for the words “the child support officer concerned” there shall be substituted the words “the Secretary of State”.\n(2) In subsection (2) of that section, in Case E, for the words “the child support officer” there shall be substituted the words “the Secretary of State”.",
