# Social Security Act 1998, Paragraph 81


(1) In subsection (2) of section 71 of that Act (overpayments: general), after the word “shall” there shall be inserted the words “in the case of the Secretary of State or a tribunal, and may in the case of a Commissioner or a court”.

(3) In subsection (5A) of that section, for the words “revised on a review” there shall be substituted the words “has been revised under section 9 or superseded under section 10 of the Social Security Act 1998”.
