# The Social Security Additional Payments (Second Qualifying Day) Regulations 2022, Regulation 2: Means-tested additional payments: the second qualifying day


25th September 2022 is the second qualifying day for the purpose of the means-tested additional payments under sections 1 and 4 of the Social Security (Additional Payments) Act 2022.
