# The Social Security Additional Payments (Third Qualifying Day) Regulations 2023, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security Additional Payments (Third Qualifying Day) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 15th January 2024.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
