  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 20th November 1987\nLaid before Parliament 20th November 1987\nComing into force\nfor the purposes only of the determination of claims and questions relating to —\nincome support 23rd November 1987\nfamily credit 1st January 1988\nfor all other purposes 11th April 1988\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers set out in the Schedule to this instrument and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that the proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it, hereby makes the following Regulations: —",
