  "text": "The Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1986 shall continue to apply to the adjudication of claims and questions relating to any benefit payable under the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976 or the Family Income Supplements Act 1970 as if these Regulations had not been made.",
