  "text": "After paragraph (1) of regulation 19 (other questions for determination by the Secretary of State) there shall be inserted the following paragraph —\n“(1A) The Secretary of State may review any determination given by him on any question referred to in paragraph (1) above if —\n(a) new facts have been brought to his notice, or\n(b) he is satisfied that the determination —\n(i) was given in ignorance of some material fact,\n(ii) was based on a mistake as to some material fact, or\n(iii) was erroneous in point of law.”.",
