Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Adjudication) Amendment (No.3) Regulations 1991.
(2)
These Regulations shall come into force as follows—
(a)
regulations 2 and 13 except insofar as they relate to the Attendance Allowance Board and attendance allowance, and regulations 3 to 10, 14, 15 and 16 and this regulation, on 3rd February 1992; and
(b)
regulations 2, 12 and 13 so far as not already in force and regulation 11, on 6th April 1992.

In these Regulations “the Adjudication Regulations” means the Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1986f1.
