# The Social Security (Adjudication) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1991, Regulation 7: Amendment of regulation 7 of the Adjudication Regulations


In paragraphs (1) and (3) of regulation 7 of the Adjudication Regulations (striking out of proceedings for want of prosecution), for the words “or a medical appeal tribunal” there shall be substituted the words “, a medical appeal tribunal or a disability appeal tribunal”.
