  "text": "In Schedule 2 for paragraph 3 there shall be substituted the following paragraph–\n“\n3 Reference by the Secretary of State notifying the adjudication officer that a decision of an adjudicating medical practitioner ought to be considered by a medical appeal tribunal (section 46(3) of the Administration Act).\nA local office.\n3 months beginning with the date of the decision of the ad– judicating medical practitioner.\n”.",
