Regulation 11 Amendment of the Employment Protection (Recoupment of Unemployment Benefit and Supplementary Benefit) Regulations 1977

Regulation 12(2) of the Employment Protection (Recoupment of Unemployment Benefit and Supplementary Benefit) Regulations 1977^f1 shall be amended by substituting for the reference to “ section 15(1) of the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976” a reference to “regulation 71 of the Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1984 ”.
