Regulation 13 Amendment of the Supplementary Benefit (Trade Disputes and Recovery from Earnings) Regulations 1980

In regulation 18 of the Supplementary Benefit (Trade Disputes and Recovery from Earnings) Regulations 1980f1 the words “under section 15 or 15A” and “pursuant to section 14(2)(d)” are revoked.
