  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 13th July 1995\nLaid before Parliament 20th July 1995\nComing into force 10th August 1995\nThe Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of the powers set out in Schedule 1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
